Woodpecker Cottage B&B

Self-contained B&B accommodation in the South Downs National Park

  • Price: £50 per night Sun-Thurs; £70 per night Fri-Sat - both with one off cleaning charge of £20 per visit. Minimum two nights' stay.
  • Please ask about special rates for stays of a week or more.
  • Payment: An initial deposit of £20 is required when booking; the balance by either cash or bank transfer please.
  • Check in and check out: We are happy to be flexible but generally ask guests to check in around 3.00pm and to check out by 11.00am on the day of departure.
  • Disabled access: Unfortunately the only way to enter our room is by the external stairs so there is no wheelchair access.
  • Smoking: Our accommodation is non-smoking.
  • Dogs: Apologies but we do not accept dogs.
  • Cancellation policy: Please give 24 hours notice of a cancellation.
  • Liability: We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury, illness or inconvenience to person or property arising out of or in respect of your booking at Woodpecker Cottage.
